ICSA is an acronym of Institute for Civil Service Aspirants which aims at providing academic guidance to candidates wishing to take the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). ICSA helps aspirants at all stages of the examination.

ICSA has been founded by Dr. Jyotirmoy Pal Chaudhuri, an alumnus of Presidency College and the University of Birmingham, UK. The first batch of ICSA students took the examination in 2007. Prior to that Dr. Pal Chaudhuri was the Director, Bose Academy of Career Advancement and headed the IAS Study Centre, IISWBM.
