DELHI’ s I A S Study Circle was founded and promoted by Sh. Dr. S . MOHAN AGGARWALA in 1979 . He was an ex – IAS officer , served as a lecturer in JNU for some time before he finally started this IAS INSTITUTE in 1979 to impart guidance for the CIVIL SERVICES and other allied exams .
SINCE then our Institute has given excellent results year in and year out . However due to his illness which lasted for 2 to 3 years and his untimely demise there was a brief gap because of which our institute was not much in public domain .
HOWEVER , his son SH, CA DEEPAK MOHAN AGGARWALA has now taken over the baton from his father , SH. Dr. S. MOHAN AGGARWALA, to continue the noble work of providing guidance for IAS Aspirants
